Semi-automatic machine from the ECOMATIC range for the production of corrugated regular slotted boxes, trays, partitions and cut-out parts, with the option of an additional die-cut section (e.g. for handholes). It can also simply cut and crease cardboard both crosswise and lengthwise. Production of basic slotted boards (especially the FEFCO 02xx and FEFCO 03xx series and others) is possible from single-wall and double-wall corrugated boards.

The main parts of the machine are the machine itself and a manual feeding table.

The machine performs the following operations: crosswise and lengthwise creasing and slotting; crosswise cutting with the option to simultaneously cut out flaps (in the case of FEFCO 02xx); lengthwise cutting; supplementary die-cut (shaped cut-outs and additional cuts). On customer request the machine can also be equipped for multi-out production (two or three units) in both directions of the sheet.

Programming the machine and entering parameters is simple and fast thanks to the colour touch panel: only the necessary data has to be entered, the rest is calculated by the program itself. Based on the data provided by the machine it is very easy to manually set the positions of the slotting and creasing knives, creasing and cutting wheels, flap knives, etc. The machine can therefore be reset to another job within a few minutes using a single Allen key. It is the economical solution of the manual boxmaker line, with low space demands.
